  Park is sold fequently throughout the year. It is the most expensive trailer home community in Wisconsin Rapids area. If just looking to renting a trailer it cost just under $600 a month, but they tac on fees for other residents, pets etc. I have had a few very close friends and family live within this community for over 10 years. This Park is actually really big, area wise anyway. That are more empty lots than Trailers. Last I knew, the new management has been doing it's best to sell their current mobile homes to prospective buyers. They told me that they would rather not have to deal with a renter, the extra work and expenses are not worth it to them. On a positive note, the new mangers have bought newer trailers to fill empty lots and fill them with tenants or home owners. In 2017 this Mobile Home Park HAS been sold and switched over to "New Management" FIVE times. Last time I visited this establishment, the resident gym and outside playground are still functional but sadly they are in pail comparison of there former selves. All I can say is please do your homework. If something feels off trust your intuition and don't allow yourself to be taken advantage of.
